Building: New

Description:

Maddiola is a recently built house (2004), with a rustic style (stone and wood). We have now the spa zone (dry sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi). Radiating ground heating. Six bedrooms with tv, piped music, own bathroom, individual terrace and wonderful view. There are also a living room with tv and ...chimney only for our guests. Situated at 5km of the center of San Sebastian. Peaceful place with marvellous views on mountains and sea. Surrounded of gardens and land destined to pottokas (Basque ponies). There are a lot of activities to do. If you´re adventurer, you could practice treking, paragliding, or surfing, sailing, etc. If you like animals, you could live together, take care of them, feed them.
