The Irigoyen farmhouse is an old, reformed lordly house that has conserved its most characteristic features intact. It is situated in the district of Zubieta, right by the race tract and at one quarter of hour from the centre of San Sebastián and its beaches. Its privileged situation makes it suitab...le for all kinds of activities : rural tourism - it is an ideal area for outings on foot, by bike or on horseback - ; coastal tourism – due to its closeness to the beaches of San Sebastián, Orio and Zarautz- and cultural or business tourism - Jazz and film festivals, gastronomic richness, congresses-. Due to its features, it is also suitable for organising group activities and courses. At present Irigoyen farmhouse offers four double bedrooms with bathroom, as well as spaces for common use : music and reading room, games room, TV and a large garden.
