Description:

Illumbe is 1499th farmhouse, one of the oldest farms of the village according to the firsts municipal census. The back of the house, the ancien oil press, has been restaured keeping the original beams and repairing the rock. It has a perfect situation, at the foot of ´Andatza´s´ ´Ibisasi´ mountain a...nd near the N-634 road. The house is 10km from Donostia, 3.5km from Orio and 7km from Zarautz. It has an independent entrance, with a big porche, an apartment with 2 rooms, complet kitchen and a living-room. The double rooms have Tv and TDT and in one of them we can put a suplementary bed. Gardened zone with barbecue. We are between Zarautz-Orio and Donostia-San Sebastian, in the cider-bars area. You can do every kind of activities in the surrounding area.
