Description:

Situated at 100 metres of the San Martín Church of Urdaneta Square of AiA, this house was built eight years ago. The rooms are all news because its only two years with lodgings, it has 6 doble rooms, three of them with bath inside the room and the other three with bath outside the room, they also ha...ve two kitchens with dinning rooms for six or seven persons each other. Down the house our guests has bar and restaurant service where you could eat by card or menu. We have a good parking for cars and also a good park for children. Rounded of nature with its green areas is a ideal for walk and rest, at 10 minutes is the beautiful beach of Zarauz tha has a sea-walk with modern scultures. At the same village you could practice sports like surf, windsurf, fishing, paragliding, golf, “pelota”, riding, mountain-bike, etc. Although Urdaneta Square is from Aia, you can only acces there from Zarautz, that is 5km far. At Aia we have Iturraran forest and you could get from there to the Natural Park of Pagoeta, beautiful place to spend the day and visit Mirandaola foundry of s.XVII where there is one mill to make corn and wheat flour.
