Description:

This 16th century farmhouse has been declared part of our historical heritage because there is a ´cider press´ or “tolare” inside it. This farmhouse has an independent building, the rural accomodation or “nekazalturismoa”. It has three bedrooms(12m²), one with bathroom and the other two with a share...d bathroom and common toilet ; it also has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Rooms can be hired separtely or the house can be hired as a whole. It is located in beautiful surroundings, surrounded by 20 hectares of meadows, woods, fruit trees and a trout river. Agricultural and livestock activity (cows, sheep, chickens) and it is possible to participate in these activities. Other activities that are available in the area : rambling (Leizarán Biotope, Pagoeta natural park, Ernio massif), mountain bike, riding school (1 km away), ponies. Cider production 100 metres away. 15 minutes from San Sebastián. Open all year round.
