Located in the municipality of Aia and close to Mount Andatza. We began the renovation of the building in 2020 and went from being the annex of the w...inery to the conditioning and preparation of two houses. When these labors were carried out, we gave the needed importance to the work made by the old masters and we have combined them with current regulations and advances. Natural environment Andatza is a set of megalithic monuments from the Bronze and Calcolith ages located in the range formed by the mountains Belkoain and Zarateaitz. The Pagoeta Natura park, located in the pre-coastal area of Gipuzkoa, 5 km from the coast, has an abrupt relief, with large differences in height, from 714m from de peak of Mount Pagoeta to the 50m elevation that runs along the Manterola stream before living the natural park.
