Museum of Liquor

Amurrio’s Museum of Liquor has different exhibition rooms where you can find unique pieces and tools used in the manufacturing of liquor, like barrels used at the beginning of the century, pictures, ledgers, advertising material from the early twentieth century, bottles, material of the Karpy cycling team (t-shirts, bicycles), a professional cycling team of the 60s and 70s and other devices that show the history of Amurrio and its industry, covering a period of two centuries.

It walks the path of Manual Acha distillery, founded in 1831, with famous brands such as liquor Karpy or Pacharan Sierra de Orduña, and takes a look at the history of the manufacture of beverages.
