- We use all communication channels, including mass media, social networks and email marketing, and continually invest in advertising.
- We publish promotional materials such as maps and videos on an annual basis, which we take to fairs and events both nationally and abroad.
- We take part in events and fairs, and undertake a range of actions to maximise our association's impact and reach.
Sales
- We sell directly through the website, offering detailed information about your accommodation and the option to make a booking.
- We assist guests via phone, chat and email to resolve any doubts they may have when making a booking with you. We answer all queries in the client's own language.
- We offer an application that allows you to configure how and when your accommodation is available to visitors by selecting the types of bookings you wish to receive.
- We market your establishment and enhance it through additional activities, creating more appealing proposals for our visitors.

We provide access to all the technological tools needed to manage your establishment in accordance with regulations, including:
- Nekagest, comprehensive accommodation management programme:
- Prepare quotes and invoices with Ticketbai.
- Draft guest check-in and check-out forms as required by the Tourism Department.
- Client database.
- Register visitors and submit information to the police.
- Send data to Eustat and the National Statistics Institute.
- Online check-in tool.
- Tool to request partial or full payment from guests.
- Etc.
- Nekaescan APP, an app to scan identity documents for the police, create records for the Tourism Department, manage bookings, etc.
- Channel Manager, a tool to manage availability, seasons, prices and minimum nights for sale from a single point on a range of different websites.

- Your fee includes free access to technological tools, including: Nekagest APP management programme, and a Booking Engine for your own website.

Training
- Another highly valued area is our continuous improvement through training. We promote the implementation of the ecotourism label and sustainable practices or best management practice systems.
- We organise learning visits and courses on demand, always based on affiliates' requirements.

We defend your rights and interests
- We act as intermediaries with organisations such as the Basque Government, the Provincial Councils and various institutions, promoting collaboration with regional tourism bodies and other relevant organisations to work cohesively on tourism development projects and plans.
- We take part in working groups on regulatory changes impacting the sector, and seek support to help assist our activities.
