You have two options: purchase a Nekabono or a Nekatxartela.
Nekabonos are gift vouchers redeemable for two-night stays for 2 people.
This is the perfect gift to surprise your partner, a family member or a friend with a getaway, or even as a corporate gift.
With three types of Nekabonos gift voucher and a wide variety of establishments to choose from, success is guaranteed. Simply choose the one you like best.
The Nekatxartela is a gift voucher that can be used to pay, in full or in part, for your stay and any additional services.
This is the perfect gift if you want the recipient to choose the accommodation.
How can I redeem a gift voucher or cheque?+
If you have a cheque or gift voucher, read the conditions carefully and check the accommodation included.

Note thatno cancellations are allowedonce the booking is complete.
What are the establishment's check-in and check-out times? Is there a late check-out?+
Check-in generally starts at noon, with check-out required before the same time. Check with the establishment for any other check-in and check-out times. In some cases, extra hours may incur an additional charge.
We recommend contacting the establishment before arrival to confirm the check-in and check-out times.
At what age do children need to pay? Is there an additional charge for an extra bed if our child sleeps with us in our bed?+
Basque Regional Government regulations state that children count as a place from the age of two, requiring you to book and pay for an extra bed even if it is not used.
Are towels, sheets and blankets included in this type of accommodation?+
Yes, always.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?+
Yes, the apartments always have a kitchen.
Is the kitchen included in full house bookings?+
Yes, full house bookings include use of the kitchen.
If I book a stay in a rural accommodation establishment, will I share any areas with other guests?+
If you book rooms in an agrotourism establishment or country house, you may have to share communal areas such as the living room, kitchen, dining room or garden with other guests.
You will not share interior spaces when renting an apartment; however, outdoor areas such as the garden or playground may be communal and used by all guests, depending on the accommodation in question.
When you book a full house, all spaces are exclusively yours, although the host may reside in the same or a nearby building.
If I book a full house, will there be anyone else there?+
Except for rare exceptions, the host usually lives in the same building with a separate entrance or in a nearby building.
Can I pay by credit card or cash in rural accommodation establishments? +
All accommodation establishments accept cash payments and many also accept card payments.
We recommend confirming the available payment methods with the owner before or upon arrival at the establishment.
Can I bring my pet to rural accommodation establishments?+
Yes, as long as the establishment allows pets. Check the conditions with the specific establishment before booking.
If you are travelling with your dog, check the Dog Friendly establishments.
What is Nekatur's cancellation policy?+
The following charges will apply to the deposit in the event of a cancelled booking:
- Cancellation 0-15 days in advance: 100%.
- Cancellation 16-30 days in advance: 50%.
- Cancellation from 31 days: 5%.
