If you book rooms in an agrotourism establishment or country house, you may have to share communal areas such as the living room, kitchen, dining room or garden with other guests.

You will not share interior spaces when renting an apartment; however, outdoor areas such as the garden or playground may be communal and used by all guests, depending on the accommodation in question.

When you book a full house, all spaces are exclusively yours, although the host may reside in the same or a nearby building.

Except for rare exceptions, the host usually lives in the same building with a separate entrance or in a nearby building.

All accommodation establishments accept cash payments and many also accept card payments.
